This wine has plenty of the minerality and stone fruit you would expect from a Chenin Blanc. There’s also the roundness in the mid-palate that adds weight and complexity not always found in these wines.

Pair with grilled chicken or white fish, shellfish, or lemon risotto with English peas and pecorino cheese.
