Local Mixed Greens ~ Seared Branzino

The 2019 Cordon Sauvignon Blanc is leaner, with more citrus notes, complemented with good body and bright acidity. Perfect for both the mixed green salad and the branzino. Look for it to pair well with the citrus and acidic notes of the dishes while accenting the richer elements at the same time.

Local Mixed Greens ~ Grilled Zucchini

I love this dish with rose, especially when the rose has structure and texture. The 2020 Lucy rose will easily stand up to the grilled zucchini and play wonderfully with the sun-dried tomatoes. I also like this wine a lot with the salad, the added structure will go nicely with the berries and gastrique.

This is our suggestion for chillable wine.

Pappardelle with Beef Short Rib Bolognese

The 2018 Tilth Cabernet is a slam dunk with this dish. Being from Rutherford, this wine is rich with a silky texture and great tannic structure. This is exactly what you want with a homey, rich, long-cooked meal like bolognese. We love this wine and think you will too.
